The enquiry desk
Tell us about the door
Name the suburb, say what the door's doing, and leave a number we can reach you on. We read every enquiry the day it lands and come back with the next step, straight.
What happens next
- We read it, same day. A person, not a queue. If a photo came through, it's usually enough to arrive with the right parts.
- You hear back with the next step. For repairs, that's a visit time. For new doors, it's the measure.
- Every price is agreed before work starts. On site, in plain words, no exceptions.
Why a form and not a phone number? Because right now the form is the channel we can answer properly, every time, without a call going to voicemail while someone's under a door. Write to us; a person answers.
