What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email if you give one, your suburb, and whatever you tell us about the door, including any photo you attach. Nothing on this site asks for more than the job needs.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange the work you asked about. That's the entire purpose. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that's what makes the work happen, and it's the only sharing we do.

What we never do

• We don't sell your details to anyone, for anything.
• We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
• We don't ask tools like the Run Sheet to identify you: what you pin on the chart stays in your browser and is only sent to us if you choose to submit the enquiry it drafts.

Photos you attach

A photo of the door helps us arrive with the right parts. Attached photos are stored securely for a limited period for the purpose of handling your enquiry, then removed.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't set advertising cookies and doesn't run third-party ad trackers. Basic technical logs (the kind every web server keeps) are used only to keep the site running and secure.

Keeping the bots out

The enquiry form carries a hidden field that only automated scripts fill in; anything that fills it gets dropped before it reaches us. It doesn't identify you. It just keeps the desk clear of spam so real enquiries get answered.

Your data, your call

If you'd like the details from an enquiry corrected or removed, write to us through the enquiry form and say so; we'll confirm when it's done.
